If you're like me, you use both a desktop and a laptop in the office when not in office we will know without a shadow of doubt that it can be a frustrating experience.

You create a file while out on the street, then go home and have a way to send to another computer. Maybe you save on a Memory Stick and transfer them. Or send it to him. Or use a complex of cables and software for twoThe computers communicate with each other.

Whatever you do, it is not ideal.

However, the problem is even more annoying than vice versa. If you're on the road and need a file that you created with you can be more frustrating to forget to bring.

Luckily I had recently found a solution to this problem, simple, effective, and perhaps most exciting of all - free.

I recently started using the Dropbox software that you can pay without having to download a penny. The software then creates a virtual link between two (or more) computers. Everything you do is drag a file into the "Link", and is immediately on another computer.

If you have a file that is created for the road home, access, simply save the file to the Dropbox folder, and synchronization begins. Once you have another computer, download the file directly via the Internet, without having to lift a finger, so it is ready and waiting toThey use to.
